By accessing or using InstaAI ("Service"), a product by Kriyava, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
InstaAI provides AI-powered Instagram analytics, comment analysis, DM automation, content strategy tools, and related services. Features vary by subscription plan.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
By connecting your Instagram/Facebook accounts, you authorize InstaAI to access your public data, posts, comments, and insights through the Meta Graph API. You may revoke this access at any time. You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms when using our Service.
InstaAI offers a 3-day free trial, a Premium plan (₹399/month), and a Pro plan (₹999/month). AI features require an active subscription or a custom API key. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
AI-powered features (assistant, comment analysis, predictions) require either a paid subscription or a custom API key (Google Gemini, OpenAI). When using custom keys, data is processed by the respective AI provider under their terms.
You agree not to: use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform; violate Instagram/Meta's terms through our Service; share your account credentials.
InstaAI, Kriyava, and related branding are proprietary. You retain ownership of your Instagram content. We claim no ownership over your data.
InstaAI is provided "as is" without warranties. Kriyava shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
